During the 16 years that I was the Contingent Workforce and Supplier Relationship Manager for Nationwide Insurance, DTS was a Tier I Preferred Supplier. In this capacity, they supplied IT consultants to our Fortune 90 company on a daily basis. I believe their success at Nationwide was built on their ability to align strategically with the organization, enabling them to provide quality resources on a consistent basis as well as their willingness to add value by providing targeted training and on-boarding of company processes and methodologies applicable to the various roles. Additionally, candidates were technically assessed and presented with solid soft skills and departmental "team fit".curing unwilling principle by.
We’ve had the pleasure to work with DTS in a variety of capacities, and in each instance, I’ve been impressed by the integrity of the organization, the quality of their work and the value placed on relationships. Because we sometimes operate in the same space, we occasionally compete, but I consider Dedicated Tech Services a valuable and reliable partner. They always have client best interests in focus; regardless of who that client may be. I have the utmost respect for their organization, and I’m proud of our association with them.
